SLG2 Consulting has a training program that describes the fundamental differences between how men and women shop. This program also includes tactics and tools sales associations can implement to improve the customer satisfaction of women; resulting in increased sales.
This course is offered in person, and can be quickly tailored for a variety of industries. The course typically lasts 3.5 hours. An expedited version is available for retailers with limited time set aside for employee training. Training will be available online in 2020.
