Women and Knives Mini-Report

SLG2 Consulting conducted a 24-hour survey to learn of women’s knife carrying habits, knife use and brands of choice. In this small sample, 150 surveys were completed from women representing 38 States. 

The purpose of the survey was to demonstrate a need to increase women’s every day carry knife usage.  Shoot Like A Girl is uniquely positioned to help the knife industry promote every day carry knife usage to women.

The data shows there is opportunity to increase knife sales and the frequency women use a knife for every day carry.  44% of women who completed the survey carry a knife occasionally or don’t carry one at all.

Growth opportunity is multiplied when you look at the types of knives women are using.
